Access the island by the bridge open day and night all year round, free access, from Fromentine on the mainland.

The house is located in the north of the island, 4 km from the town of Noirmoutier, 2 km from the port of Herbaudière and 300 meters from the village of Vieil; Elegant and friendly it is open on a terrace, the garden and the heated swimming pool from 15/04 to 15/10, places of well-being and relaxation.
This charming villa is located 100 meters from the beach of Mardi Gras where was filmed the famous film César and Rosalie (Yves Montand, Sami Frey and Romy Schneider) and the wide beach of La Clère, all fine sand with a Unobstructed view of Pornic, facing the mainland.
Then you will be able to relax a little further on the pretty beaches of the Bois de la Chaise, where offshore races of classic yachts compete each year in August.
In the village you will find grocer, tobacco, press, restaurants and typical small cafes.
